Licensing · Research deliverables
Use the purchased report inside the team and decision it was prepared for.
A practical guide to internal use, source restrictions, third-party materials and extended rights for InsightVault research products.
Standard internal-use licence
Unless an order states otherwise, a paid customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered report, tables and source register for the purchasing organisation’s internal research, strategy and decision-making after all agreed fees are paid.
- Store and circulate the deliverable among authorised team members and advisers
- Quote limited findings internally with appropriate context
- Adapt tables and observations for the licensed organisation’s own analysis
Source and third-party restrictions
Public records, licensed databases, publisher material, fonts, datasets and other third-party sources retain their own rights and terms. InsightVault cannot grant rights it does not own, and source extracts may carry narrower use limits than the original research narrative.
Not included by default
The standard purchase does not permit public resale, republication as a standalone report, removal of source attributions, automated database-building from the deliverable, or use of InsightVault trademarks. Multi-client distribution, white-labelling and extended reuse require written permission.
