Terms & conditions · Last updated 26 August 2026
Clear conditions for digital research products and services.
These terms govern access to InsightVault.info, customer accounts, purchases, research delivery, support and permitted use.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you purchase for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
2. Access and limited licence
We grant a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the website for lawful evaluation and purchase of the offered products and services. The Licensing page and any written order govern delivered research materials.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, account security, lawful research instructions, authorised use of any supplied material and prompt notice of suspected misuse. Never submit passwords, private database credentials or confidential technical credentials through the public contact form.
4. Orders, pricing and billing
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your session unless stated otherwise. Taxes and payment-provider charges may apply. An order is a request for the named starting scope; the subject, source availability, exact research boundary and delivery timing are confirmed before work begins.
5. Intellectual property
The website, brand, research methods and pre-existing materials remain owned by their respective owners. Paid deliverables are licensed as described in the order and Licensing page, subject to full payment and third-party source terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, probe or disrupt security, upload malicious material, infringe rights, commission unlawful surveillance, seek restricted personal data without a valid basis, attempt unauthorised access or resell the shop or its reports contrary to the applicable licence.
7. Research disclaimers
Reports are independent research materials and not legal, financial, investment, compliance or other regulated professional advice. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent or later changed. We identify material limits, but do not guarantee a particular decision, transaction or commercial result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or third-party source failure. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, source-rights violations, security risk or harm to the service or others. Terms that naturally continue—including payment, licence, disclaimer and liability provisions—survive termination.
10. Updates
We may update the site, services and these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future activity, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
The applicable governing law and forum will be identified in the final order terms or any legally required notice. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting contact@insightvault.info.
12. General and contact
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These terms, the order and linked policies form the agreement for the covered activity. Questions can be sent to contact@insightvault.info.
